THE CELLAR
At the tavern we have a prestigious carte of selected regional wines including in particular those district areas offering great niche products. Due consideration has also been given to small wine farms with very good standard reasonable priced products.

The carte includes anyhow wines representing well-known wine farms such as Biondi & Santi, Antinori (the Solaia wine, the Tignanello, the Badia a Passignano, the Brunello etc…) Marchesi de' Frescobaldi, the Ornellaia's wine farm, Felsina, Sassicaia, Gaja, Giacomo Bologna, Ceretto, Prunotto, Mount Chiarlo, Arnaldo Caprai, Jerman, Schiopetto, Tasca d'Almerita, Sella & Mosca, Mantellassi and many others. For the right wine combination we can offer our advice though customers are free to choose what they like most. Spirits are very much cared for, i.e. eau de vies, rums and whiskies of very good quality and some local infusions.
