In addition to these two halls there is a
tiny room with one table only (for a maximum of 8 people)
which is the ambition of everyone because of its seclusion.
The Tavern is run by a family bearing the surname of Pinna
and made up of three brothers and their mother. The eldest
brother is called Nardo and takes care of the kitchen. He
is a very experienced chef who had previously worked in hotels
and restaurants in several area districts in Italy and abroad.
The balsamic vinegar sweets were his first idea and since
he devised them they have been sold all over the world. Angelo,
the second eldest, is in charge of the eating rooms. He has
a certificate taken at the School for Hotel Chefs and he became
then a professional hall attendant in England in prestigious
hotels and restaurants. Gianni is the youngest and a very
experienced pizza man. He is an all rounder with a pivotal
role. He'll be there where you need him, be it either in the
kitchen or serving the tables, taking care of the small wine
bar and the cellar too.
