SPECIAL FOOD FOR A SPECIAL EVENING
Dinner parties with specific menus are organised every so often.
The most appreciated special is the "Sardinian" evening including
typical Sardinian hors d'oeuvres, two or three tasting pasta dishes
(Malloreddus, Culingiones, Botargo or others). As a second course
we offer the typical "porcetto" (pork) with myrtle and season side
dishes, cheeses, cakes (Seadas, Sospiri, Tilicas, Papassini etc…),
white and red wines according to the different courses (muscatel
wine with cakes and the Tonara nougat). To end it all the Myrtle
spirit, the Limoncino (a liquor made out of lemon) and the "Filuferru".
On request we prepare dinners with fish only as a speciality. When
it is the right season we set up special suppers original of the
Piemonte district area with fondue, truffles, mushrooms and game.
We are anyway at your disposal for work dinners, parties, celebrations
and the like.
